“I have owned my practice for a little over 3 years. I was told to attend The Stewart Center if you really want to learn to treat patients with TMJ problems,” says Yoder. “I had quite a bit of training in occlusion before, but nothing truly clicked until I came here and started looking at, and understanding, the system as a whole. My first case was a patient who had a lot of wear, and I was able to rebuild his entire mouth. I was even able to send him home without a nightguard for 2 months and nothing broke.”
