The Stewart Center (formally known as the Texas Center) is proud to be hosting Dr. Dipak Chudasama during Session 3 of our Occlusion Residency program in the month of October. Dr. Chudasama believes in staying on the cutting edge of the latest orthodontic advances and technology. As a member of the Editorial Advisory Board Orthodontic Products, he has a unique opportunity to work with other prominent private practitioners and academics to provide insight into the most up-to-date orthodontic trends. He is also a former professor at Jacksonville University’s School of Orthodontics, where he has been honored twice as the Academic Professor of the Year. He also received the Excellence in Orthodontic Education Award by the Southern Association of Orthodontists in 2008.
Dr. Chudasama and Dr. Stewart will provide our residents with a tour of the ‘Nuts and Bolts’ of 3D Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Planning and Execution Protocol, and demonstrate strategies for efficient treatment planning. They will discuss the use of treatment simulations for occlusal design and smile analysis, focusing on clinical decision making by presenting alternative treatment scenarios for surgical and non-surgical approaches. Communication tools for multi-disciplinary case presentations utilizing 3D also will be discussed.
